The Hero’s Armor — 3D-printed body kit
The Celica’s armor, designed in code: a parametric body kit generated from the car’s factory dimensions and printed at home on the Kobra X. Three styles — OEM+ (clean, everyday), Widebody (150 mm flares), and Kyusha (270 mm shark-nose) — each a full perimeter: wrap-around front air dam, bolt-on overfenders, side skirts, a rear apron with diffuser fins, and a tall racing ducktail with endplates. A 1/10-scale test print gets approved before any 1:1 parts run.
How it prints: parts are split to fit the 260 mm bed, joined with bowtie keys and epoxy, backed with fiberglass tape, then sanded, primed, and painted — navy over black, gold where it counts.
